When you sign up, we store your email and an optional display name. When you use the app, we store the text you write (brain dumps, notes, stuck situations), the tasks derived from it, and the timing of your focus sessions. We do not ask for your real name, address, phone number, or payment details on the free plan.
Your text is sent to an AI model so it can turn it into a small plan. The model provider processes it to produce the response and does not use it to train its models. We keep your data so you can come back and see your plan, sessions, and progress.
Only you, when signed in. Access is enforced at the database level (row-level security). Our team does not read your entries unless you explicitly send them to us for support.
Your data stays until you delete it. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen — this permanently removes your brain dumps, tasks, sessions, and assistant messages.
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed by our auth provider. New passwords are checked against known-breached password lists.
Focus Reset AI is not intended for children under 13.
